Description This photo was taken at Cowongala, NSW Australia. At my Aunties Property. I have been practicing my photography and learning how to use a macro lense.
My auntie's property has a few man made ponds which my Uncle built for her and they are the most beautiful ponds full of gold fish and water lillies sitting on top. This is another photo i have captured of the ponds and the beautiful water lillies.
enjoy.

Contrast has been adjusted in photoshop.

yah, the sheen is probably produced by a layer of oil or some such on top of the water, but it makes a nice effect, if not environmentally friendly lol

thankyou for the comment. To be honest i didn't know what DOF ment had to ask harry about that one lol..... poor little un educated me
Ummm anyway thanks i think i get what you mean lol. Its gor a blue green hue beacuse the lining of the pond is a fairly virbrant blue colour which shows through the murkey water, The Blue has actually been taken down from the water so its not so bright and doing this enhanced the flowers colours so the hue got changed to fit lol. does that make sence? i'm not sure if it does (have the worst headache all day not sure i'm thinking straight.)
Basically the hue's were slightly changed to enhance the natural colours and make the image more eye catching so thats why it has such a blue/green hue.... that makes more snece right?
