A print preview of what I'll be selling at conventions this year. I'll be heading to Otafest, Anime Expo, and Animethon this year
. Come say hi ;D This will probably be the only new fanart print I'll post on DA for a while, as I want to leave my DA gallery for my OCs and such. I feel like they need my love. And I have quite a few sketches of unfinished original works.
I haven't played Okami, but I do love the music and I watched friend played it for about 3 hours. It's absolutely gorgeous. I'm gonna go purchase my own copy sometime in May XD. I'm totally late in the game but I do know this series since grade 10. Just... I never got around to it.
I think Amaterasu doesn't have a human form right? This is my design of what she may look like. I kinda based it on Heian Period Design and Chokkomon Mirrors. It was fun drawing this

I really love the way the sleeve forms a sort of frame... I'm a sucker for elements within a drawing forming a frame around it. xD

The sun rises every day, yet it sets as well. When the Rising Sun shines uponο»Ώ you, you know that Amaterasu is watching over you. Though with the Setting Sun, Amaterasu bids her goodbye, and waits to rise again.
