This picture and every other picture in my gallery belongs to me. Please don't use any of it without my permission. My pictures don't belong to the public domain. Thank you for your understanding. CindyThis is the Red Fox from the Utica Zoo in NY, I took it on 7-26-13. I just love this little fox as he is so cute and seems to like to pose for me. He also seem to have his own little fan club with my watchers.

Big hugs back to you. I have been working 56 hours a week and have been really tired. I have to pay all the bills on my own now and it is very hard on one income so I had to take a second job.

If you are having a problem with people taking your work I would suggest using a watermark or a tag... I have had many issues with people stealing my work and claiming it as their own.. So give that a try....

its sad that people feel the need to steal other peoples work and claiming it as their own, but in a way it does make you feel good to know someone wants to own your work LMAO.. A lot of people think tagging pictures is stupid but it really does help keep your work safe...

Yes it does and with other country's making up law that let people use other people pictures if they can't find the owner of it. It helps to have your name on it. I really do feel that any country should have the right to do that but my daughter has been reading about one that has passed a law like that.Β And it is very wrong.

I think that is just wrong. If you can't find the owner you should just leave the picture be, now if you want to take it because you enjoy it that is just fine, but no one should EVER pass off work as their own if they did NOT in fact take the picture. This world really upsets me! LOL. No respect what so ever!!! I'm glad you feel the same way though. It just makes it harder to be a better photographer when you have to put that muich MORE effort into keeping your work safe! SAD!Β

People shouldn't take other people work at all, my daughter had one of her friends show her a phone app that is a screen saver of a tiger cubs and she thought it was so cool because she knew where the picture was taken as she recognized the tigers.Β Well when my daughter looked at the picture she got really mad because it was on of her pictures that she had posted on DA and some one stole it and made a phone app with it and now she can't even find a way to make they stop using it.Β So taking it because you enjoy it is not good if your going to share it with the world and not give the owner of it payment of credit for it.

I totally agree with giving the owner of the photo credit. But in this world good luck with having people actually doing that. That is why I put my facebook LINK on some of my pictures as well as my tag that way if anyone DOES try to pass my work off as their own with my tag they will see its really not theirs because of the website link. Its really hard to feel safe with art. I feel bad for your daughter, that is soo wrong on many levels..

Did you know that any picture you post on facebook face book owns the rights too. It is in their write up when you join. Very small print.
