Il titolo dell'esercizio era "Oltre", ho voluto includere tre sfumature di questo concetto :- Oltre un ostacolo (E' sufficiente guardare il dislivello dietro il soggetto)
- Oltre un limite spaziale (Il soggetto sta cercando di sollevarsi in modo da superare la sbarra)
- Oltre il limite fisico (Il soggetto sta utilizzando i muscoli del suo corpo per riuscire nell'intento)
Inoltre, inutile dire che un fisico del genere è oltre le mie capacità.

The title of this exercise was "Oltre" (Over), and i wanted to include three different meanings for this concept :
