That is amazing I have seen quite a lot of good ballpoint work but this one is really impressive it's a very eye catching piece with how the women's face is covered mostly by the shadow cast from her hood and how her hand with the orb is closest to us, like she is reaching out to the viewer!
the shading and light effects are very well done. awesome how you have made the back and white parts of this drawing contrast really well with where you have made things darker colored like for example the dark trees to the white background  
ah and the texture work on this is great too.. great work!
