An emotional and semi awkward reunion between former childhood friends laying things to rest properly. Izuku and Bakugou are nineteen here and meet for the first time privately for the first time in years since not seeing each other. Izuku is outfitted with a Quirk Monitoring collar and a wrist version of a GPS ankle monitor. It's hard to see but Bakugou has a scar through his left eyebrow
