History:
Born in Goldenrod, Karga spent most of his time growing up in the streets. His mother worked full time at the Pokemon center as a technician and his father worked as a card dealer at the Game Corner. In order to keep Karga out of trouble as a kid, his parents enrolled him in a dance school where he was classically trained in ballet; unfortunately, he spent more time skipping classes than attending. Since rent was high in Goldenrod and dance classes expensive, his parents didn't have the extra money to pay for a babysitter or daycare, so he spent a lot of time in both the Pokemon center and the Game Corner shadowing his parents. Karga always preferred to follow his father around than his mother since it was more exciting to see flashing lights and loud music than deathly quiet hums of the recovering pokemon. Local gamblers soon grew accustomed to seeing little Karga darting about. The bad influence of the gamblers, and local street kids, soon rubbed off on him and he began to become a sort of infamous street performer of magic tricks, break dancing, and pick pocketing.

Goldenrod, being such a large city, had a large problem with stray pokemon and Karga began to house them. He'd take them in and beg his mother to bring them to the center for them to get fixed before releasing them back into the streets, or more likely, bring them back home for keeps. His parents are hoping for Karga to move out soon since their house is being taken over by strays.

Personality:
Happy and energetic, Karga means well and only steals in order to maintain and upkeep his strays. Always ready to take a chance and make a bet. Karga is always humming, singing, or whistling when he's alone. His dream is to one day own a large foster home for all unwanted pokemon.

Pokemon:
Avici
Karga's first stray. Karga had followed some of the local street thugs after hearing that an easy buck could be made on betting on pokemon fights. What he didn't know was that each of the fights was rigged and the pokemon were drugged. Karga made a bet with Avici's owner, the reigning champion, that Avici would lose the next fight and if he did, Avici would be given to Karga as winnings. If Avici won, Karga would work for Avici's owner doing whatever he needed to be done. By sheer luck, Avici lost, and Karga won.

Avici is extremely loyal to Karga and sees other pokemon as a threat due to his previous training. Karga keeps him very close and on a leash when in public. Avici must have physical contact with Karga in public if there is a large crowd or if there are new people in order to feel safe.

Tilki
Ran away from an abusive owner. Karga only managed to get her to follow him after weeks of quiet talks and food.

Tilki is extremely introverted and hates other pokemon (she sees them as a competition for food) and has an intense fear of closed spaces. She will bite if others try to approach her without caution. She doesn't even let Karga touch her very much. Tilki is kept in her own room at home and is leashed in public as well. Tilki is seen most often with Karga if he is travelling since she doesn't like to be inside pokeballs. In large crowds or meeting new people, Karga has to put himself in front of Tilki, or at least keep her very close, in order for her to feel safe.

Yilmaz
Given up by owners who could no longer care for him. Out of Karga's many strays, Yilmaz is the only one that he actually got from a pound. The previous owners couldn't handle Yilmaz' excitable nature and separation anxiety. And since the owners were always busy and away from home, Yilmaz chewed and destroyed most of the house.

The worlds worst watchdog, Yilmaz loves people and wants to be near people all the time. Karga has to bring him out on a run twice a day in order to exhaust him so he won't wreck the house. Karga is trying to teach him not to jump on new people, but its been slow going so far. Yilmaz is leashed in public just like the others, but Karga doesn't have to worry about him as much as the others.
