2P! characters are what ~xXLily-n-CookiesXx said, but there's one more part to it.
For example...You know N. Italy's personality, right? ((Careless, kind of a crybaby, but can cook surprisingly well)) Well, 2P!N. Italy is basically the polar opposite. ((.... GERMANY. //shot))
