A being of living cloth and vaguely human torso, bearing a fox mask with shining eyes, this monstrous being will be feared by the people of United City. She is it's first true supervillain, and a hero will have to decide whether or not that title truly fits her.Titania is a Major Character in the Heroes of Novaetia RP!
