Willy Wonka MadnessDespite me loving Willy Wonka so much (the character), I didn't draw him for this drawing because I was having a hard time doing so. Hehe. But I promise I will try to draw him too so just keep your eye out for that one
. Anyway, yes, here are the children who won the Golden Tickets from the Wonka Bars; Mike, Veruca, Charlie, Violet and Augustus. I really love Veruca and Violet. I don't know. They are just the best. I mean, not just cuz they're girls and all (people actually said that I just like them cuz they are cute girls, girls like me. haha) but it's the kind of character they are. Although they are brats, they have such strong personalities. Veruca has been my all time fave but they made Violet really really adorable in the new movie. Besides, her last name is the best! Beauregarde...

Yeah, I think the two girls, especially Veruca, set down a rough model for my OC, Magnolia before she grows into a heroine. But even though she loses her snobbery, Magnolia retains personality strength.

I definitely like your interpretation of Violet best. It has a great likeness to Anna Sophia Robb's Violet. Veruca has always been my favorite too, but I don't really like the new one as much. Though my favorite line with her was "Daddy... I want another pony!" (after receiving the Golden Ticket) XD

I like how Burton's version made Mike Teevee and Augustus Gloop more unlikable. In the Gene Wilder version, it was like only Veruka and Violet really made any trouble, and that was a little unbalanced. I mean, I barely knew the original Mike Teevee was even there most of the time, but the new jaded gamer version offended my sense of being like nothing else (which is good, as that's what the four rotten kids are supposed to do).
