I made this specifically for my Neon Candyland Graduation Party. Neon colored candy jewelry just isn't easy to come by! I knew once I came up with the party theme I would have to create a lot of stuff on my own. The beads I bought from a local vintage craft store. I made the pendants myself.Related content
