Description
Another one of my favorite gems from Steven Universe that I wish they did more with. A while ago, when I was working with these designs and concepts, I was rewatching some episodes of Steven Universe for inspiration. Like with Bubblegum Morganite, Bubble Blue Aquamarine's inspiration isn't immediately obvious. My main inspiration for her design was Marill. I tried my best to reflect this in the hair, her round skirt, and her accessories.

Gender: Sexless, She/Her pronouns

Gem Placement: Chest

Alignment: Angel Aura's Court

Abilities:
- Basic Aquamarine Abilities
- Water Wings
- Buoyancy (Bubbles can float on surfaces of water)

Weapon: Bubble Beam Wand

Personality:
Bubble Blue Aquamarine, or "Bubbles" as her Diamond calls her, is another relatively high-ranking gem in Angel Aura's Court. However, despite her refined appearance as a Beryl and an assistant to her Diamond, Bubbles is known to be quiet. Although she's not as quiet as Black Sugar Spinel, she's also not very assertive. Bubbles can be a bit of a doormat. Aquamarines are supposed to be high-ranking gems with some degree of authority and can order around gems of a lower rank. Bubbles doesn't like giving orders. Or being in a place of authority really. Unlike Bubblegum Morganite, she is very bad at conforming to her role when the time calls for it. She's at most peace when surrounded by water, and she likes to lay back and float on her back for hours on end.

Bubbles is incredibly polite and humble, as well as polite and respectful. Her reserved nature and dislike for confrontation causes her to have a tendency to compromise and bend to other people's whims, and she is known to be very poor at setting boundaries and stepping up to a leadership role. Despite this, she is an attentive and kind gem at heart. Her merciful nature and struggles with acting in an authoritative role, which considers her to be defective compared to other Aquamarines. Bubblegum Morganite helps Bubbles cover for her inadequacies in regards to her leadership skills and difficulties with acting as assertive as she should. Although Bubbles has her concerns, her Diamond has never minded her lack of assertiveness.
