Digital. This was shot with a Nikon D300, PB-4 Bellows and 105mm Bellows-nikkor lens.

very fantastic tonality as well. 1055 belows-nikkor lens ? first time I hear this lens. Do you mean perspective control lens please ? hm....
D300 seems it does excellent job. I love your image is very fine art
