i use a flat rate for all shipping orders for 13.00 dollars, BUT if you are just getting a few small things it will be like 5 dollars. Also, I have every color.

It kind of is secret I guess, I make it myself with silicone and a few other ingredients. You can buy decotti (sp?) though. Just search for deco den whipped cream. But most of them are expensive (I've seen them run into the 60's) so that's why I make my own. ;3
