Description I recently had a random spike in my love for the wonderful yet terrible game Legend of Dragoon. I have adored this game for years, I just don't often get the chance to show it.

These are the Dragoon Spirits, special crystals taken from dragons that can grant the power to turn into a Dragoon and command dragons. If you don't get it, play the game.

Top Row: Wind, Fire, Light
Bottom Row: Earth, Water, Dark
Additional: Thunder
I didn't make one for the Divine Dragon because I don't know what it looks like. If anyone can find me a reference, I'll gladly add it.

I'm going to try watermarking these because they seem like something people might unintentionally steal for their own use.

Made entirely on my own in Illustrator, resized in Photoshop.

The Divine Dragoon spirit is a greenish gray with a Red pupil. You can see it here on youtube when dart transforms during the battle with melbu frahma. [link] Looks pretty good though. Nice interpretation

Thanks. ^^ I'm definitely going to need to locate a good screen shot to confirm, or load up one of my late game saves.

Yeah, It's kind of funny how there are like no pictures of the divine dragoon. Well except for when Lloyd's wearing it. Haha~ Keep up the good work!!

The Divine Dragoon spirit, from the icon for transformation, is silvery-green with a red pupil.

Oh yeah, it is, isn't it? Thank you for figuring that out. I'll have to make it when I get a chance.

the Divine Dragoon spirite is pretty much the same as Shanas but it was I believe described as a more silverish colour in the game when either Lloyd or Dart first acquires it I forget which one says it. I'm pretty sure it was Lloyd though. great game I really need to play it through again and beat my time record.

well in the game as lloyd grabbed it in his hands it was rainbowish outlined in red.

actually after loading my save game to check when you look at your party information it shows it where all your dragoon stones are shown. it does have a silvery green with red pupil as it's colour as some have stated already however it is conflicted in the game as shortly after dart obtains it someone from the party does claim it to be silverish in appearance. all other sources though state it to be silvery green

true but i sent a clip of it but one thing u said was false cause i play the game every day i dont drop it is noone says anything about its color.

Midnight-Green In reply to MuglorGrimlock [2011-11-18 05:18:18 +0000 UTC]

so you went from playing it every month or so to every day?

I don't play it often so I may not remember everything to the detail but I do recall at some point someone giving a description of it in game. also I checked the clip you linked and I would like to point out that at no point do you actually see what the stone itself looks like, simply the glow it gives.

the color of each spirit is the color of there eyes rose when you fight micheal in the moon its eye is red and black so is the gem of roses on her chest but it is displayed purple, when lloyd slashed its eye open its green and red as it is on darts chest and in the menu screen SO thats it color its a small thing to argue about lol

Midnight-Green In reply to MuglorGrimlock [2011-11-18 05:50:03 +0000 UTC]

and yet it does seem to be something worth arguing about because there are quite a few people arguing about it *not all here mind you*

and when i said monthly it means it takes me round that time to beat it get maz addtions and dg lvl and all hidden items and weapons and stardust to be faust so i would recall such a meaningless statement noone said anything like that why would they for example omg dart ur dg spirit is red oh i know right lol

Midnight-Green In reply to MuglorGrimlock [2011-11-18 06:07:12 +0000 UTC]

that would imply you have the entire game script memorized then. also bear in mind the divine dragoon was kind of a main plot point near the end of the story-line so maybe a little more attention would have been payed to it in game, besides as I said in an earlier comment I simply recalled something being said about it, I could have been wrong.

its ok man and no i dont have it all memorized but just saying id recall somethin lke tht im attention to detail, but off topic whats ur fav dg spirit, character,an if u could make a new element dragoon what would it be?

Midnight-Green In reply to MuglorGrimlock [2011-11-18 06:16:47 +0000 UTC]

that's a toss up between either dark or light. I like the others but those two were my favourite to see and use. as for the characters that use them Rose was just awesome but I preferred Shana to Miranda with the light dragoon.

As for making a new one I never thought about it. I have no idea what I'd create.

finally someone who liked lavitz, everyone I know who played the game liked Albert more. and Gravity would be an interesting element to add. I could see it having some interesting battle effects

I haven't played that game in ages, man...but OH, how fun it was~

Now you've got me wanting to go find the game D: you do this to me on purpose, don't you?

Ciriun In reply to Mathis-Rose [2010-01-07 20:01:05 +0000 UTC]

No, at least not this time.

It was the first real RPG I ever played, the first game I saw played all the way through, and the first console game I ever owned. Ah, the memories...<3

...But rereading the script, I realize the dialogue got mangled pretty badly in translation. Also there was way more gay innuendo than I remembered.

Mathis-Rose In reply to Ciriun [2010-01-07 20:07:20 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, it was my first time with an RPG, too...but I wasn't able to play much of it, only a few battle scenes (was at my cousin's). I picked up Pokemon and Spyro after that.

I never even got to experience much script XD just a couple of guys and a chick yelling at each other (I think).

Luckily if you do feel compelled to buy this one, it's cheap and easy to get.

Just like Dart

But the dialogue tends to be just short of going into broken English at times. I can't read the script with a straight face.

Well that's good XD Maybe my personal game person will have THIS one...haha.
(it IS PS-one, right? not too sure, since it's been so long)

eh...I deal with enough garbled language, I should be able to decipher it.
