From graphite to charcoal, this drawing is a mark of change in my artwork, as I will now appreciate the advantages of charcoal more often.See the video of me drawing this from start to finish:

This was greatly referenced from a remarkable painting by David Finch, the only change being the angel replaced with a gargoyle.
