Jay was made using a Red Hood DCnU figurine [link] from Eaglemoss' DC Super Hero Collection [link]
All the sculpting was done using Milliput putty [link]
And the figurine was painted using Citadel products from GamesWorkshop [link]

I'd love to have this too. One that looks more like the cartoon than the comic "Outlaws" version (I don't like the Outlaws version of his mask)
