It's been a loooong time since I've drawn some Silent Hill fan art...and recently I've been wanting to. For that reason, I decided to draw the Sniffer Dogs seen in Silent Hill 4: The Room that love patrolling the forests and abandoned buildings. This Silent Hill fan art was completed using pen, pencil and copic markers.Related content

Awesome I love silent hill, my favourite monster in the room was the doubleheads and cynthia x3 but the sniffer dogs were everywhere XD

Oh yes! The double heads and cynthia were very very terrifying. The first time seeing one of the double heads standing at the end of the hall...or frantically trying to run through a maze away from cynthia created some truly terrifying in game moments.

Yeah! After seeing the opening I thought the doubleheads were the scariest, when running around the water prison then just seeing it for the first time pointing at me, I had to pause the game XD which is great because it's hard to scare me and that sucks, then realising they don't make the noises they did in the opening was a bit of a let down

I agree so much to all of that! The creatures just have this "presence" to them that makes them highly unnerving, creepy and...I'm pretty sure I ran through that part of the water prison with my eyes closed.

Yeah the water prison was pretty good, I did prefer when going back through, Cynthia XD wow! The monster design is amazing, I just wish Robbie was an interactive enemy. The bottom monster was wierd but disturbing, the doubleheads have to be the best! I do wish for Eileen to become a monster since the game plays on emotion I'd like it to make you make choices and such, Cynthias death got me a little teary eyed, Jasper was funny and Richard kind of had it coming XD silent hill 4 is a great game, now we have these awful further games

I could easily see Eileen become a monster, or even Henry. If you get really low in health through the game, Eileen actually starts to look a bit possessed. o_o It is pretty creepy. Cynthia's story was actually pretty unnerving, she went through the whole thing without thinking it was real. Jasper made me cry, he drank ALL the chocolate milk T-T. And Richard...yeah he totally kind of had it coming lol

X) yeah Eileen does become possessed it's intended of becoming a sacremental puppet for Walter, I love when you first encounter Cynthias ghost, since Silent Hill 4 being so morbid and nobody forming bonds, Henry doesn't know what to do with himself, so it's kind of relatable, although we don't all talk to ourselves (every silent hill) and repeatedly go what the hell XD

lol! Yeah, Henry has the most unreal reaction to certain events ever. I think character reactions like that are almost a part of the Silent Hill Charm. Henry's reactions in particular are pretty...amusing. The first level in general with Cynthia being non-ghost had some interesting dialog. And due to the fact the characters don't really have time to form bonds, I think it says a lot about Henry's character that he went out of his way to try and save Cynthia. I mean, technically as players we had no choice, xD, but Henry doesn't know that!

hehe, I couldn't be the only one who burst out laughing when Henry asked Cynthia if she was okay, funny thing is I cosplayed as him and was told I pulled him off well xD I look like Eileen now even though I'm a guy, that is part of the charm, as you know silent hill 3 and 4 had mainly one colour of tone, with silent hill 4 it was a grey filter to make us seem drained and iscolated, and since there are no bonds it's more questionable but also more creepy since you'd go all the way to help someone, I mean I would especially in silent hill XD but there are people who'd think hmmm. Have you seen the three Robbie easter eggs too X)

Whoa you cosplay some awesome characters, that's pretty cool! I do like that grey filter, I didn't realize that's what they were using to make everything feel so creepy. It's pretty cool though, and a LOT of the worlds are incredibly grey. Whoa whoa whoa, there are three Robbie easter eggs?! I know Eileen has a Robbie on her bed, but what are the others?

There is a Robbie hot air balloon outside usually appearin, Cynthia has a Robbie tattoo on her breast (I didn't look I searched easter eggs) XD and of course Eileens bed, yes Henry is awkward it's so funny, but who could blame him being locked up for soo long.

haha I watched a gameplay but her tattoo is not there, I'm not a pervert so I never looked before XD there is a sexy costume for her which the tattoo appears. There is another eater egg when if you repeatedly look through the wall into Eileens room, Robbie will turn around and point at you it's awesome X)

Haha well it's either Cynthia or Eileen they both have a costume which is considered 'sexy' :/ Sometimes I wish Robbie was an enemy, you could imagine a Robbie is a top hat and cane coming for you (I don't know why the stereotypical english attire) but if Robbie was an enemy it ould look cool like that. If you look on youtube for silent hill usage (which means rabbit in japanese) it's a short film about Robbies role it's pretty creepy I like it.

I could TOTALLY see Robbie as an enemy as a Silent Hill monster of some sort. I imagine him sitting around on a bench like he does in SH3, then just...standing up and chasing! I watched the short film, it is pretty creepy ^^

I love it, I think in one of the arcade or mobile games Robbie is an enemy but he seems to be rubbish, but oh well I'm actually gonna get the halo of the sun as a tattoo x) even if theres illuminati symbolism in it, I've seen some and it's so cool. Eew do you remember the bottom monster, it looked like a doublehead but it had a ass for a face, I never encountered it but I seen in on the trailer it's so weird, it's kinda weird that all silent hill monsters represent something awkward especially silent hill 3 when all monsters were phallic x( but silent hill 4 monsters are just odd, I actually was hoping that greedy worm was going to be split worm, and I hate the victims especially Richard, I thought he was lagging but he makes that noise because of the electric, it's very strange XD

Oh I heard about that! I never got the chance to play it though. I heard some of the more arcade games were not as well made, but I never got to see them for myself heh. A Halo of the Sun tattoo sounds AWESOME. It would look really cool to the point that people who didn't know Silent Hill would think about it! What color would you get it in, and where at?
There was a bottom monster? o_o All I can think of is the weird thing in Silent Hill Homecoming. I find silent hill monsters interesting because they are spooky, make creepy sounds, and the symbolism behind them is interesting. The Silent Hill 3 monsters were so awkward, especially when I found out what they meant. I like the silent hill 4 enemies though, because they seem to represent experiences/actual events of the characters lives as opposed to an abstract feeling the characters faced...also...they seem to all be victims of some sort lol. Oh man, Richard is creepy o_o Even before he was all monster-ghost like.

Well if you look on the long silent hill 4 trailer after the logo is shown, you'll see the apartment world and it's at the end of the hallway and runs towards the screen and Henry screams the bottom monster I mean I assume it's Henry screaming. And now that you put it that way it does seem like the victims are good, but I just don't like the fact that you can't kill them until you get those swords. I don't associate myself with origins, homecoming, shattered memories or downpour, unfortunately I have played homecoming, shame my xbox is broken so I can't proceed, I was at when the order infiltrate Shepherds Glenn. And yeah Richard I agree XD Fun thing, I got a silent hill 4 poster when I bought it for the ps2, unfortunately it was a long time ago I was about 7 and I'm almost 18 now so XD, the poster was only A6 and it had young Walter Henry and Eileen, I want silent hill merch now Dx

There is very little merchandise of the franchise which is a shame, I guess it's so underrated
