Name: Atsaa "Cane" Diabolus
Age: 1700 (Looks 17)
Gender: Male
Race: 1/2 Demon, 1/4 Human, 1/4 Demon (Child of the Devil and a Half Human Half Demon)
Stars: 10 (But he's only discovered enough of his power to be considered a 5)

Personality: Shy and Unapproachable until you have a solid conversation with him. Then he's very open and kind to you. He seems very cold to an outsider, but he's actually kinda fruity.

Appearance: Dark blue hair, four pairs of horns (Shows his ranking in the demon kingdom hierarchy), skinny jeans and a sleeveless zip up hoodie, the most awesome blue, black, and yellow combat boots you've seen. He has a large tattoo of a dragon with water around it on his back. In battle, his hoodie turns into a cape type thing that has strings of glass bottles of water inside it. He has finger less gloves with small crush-able water bottles in the palms that he uses for water manipulation out of battle. He has a pistol strapped to his left hip that is filled with water. (I'll describe this more in abilities)

Abilities: He's the demon prince of water, so he has a ridiculous amount of water-related power. He can bend water, he has a gun that shoots water that he turns to ice and can move after shooting if his target moves. Once the ice bullet has penetrated the targets body, he melts it, allows it to spread through the target's body, and then refreezes the water, giving his target extreme frostbite. Being part of the highest circle of hell, the Demon Royals, he's able to turn into a dragon at will, but he's subconsciously associated this ability with contact with sun, so it only occurs when his skin comes in contact with direct sunlight. Because of this, whenever he goes outside he's wearing his ski goggles, a bandanna over his mouth, and his parka. He hates becoming a dragon. A lot.

Weakness: Fire. Girls. Not in that order. Oh, and ice cream. Cane has, like, an ice cream fetish.

Past: Oldest son of devil. He ran away from hell and ended up at the academy. His father kills his children if he finds them sub-par, and will most likely kill Cane if he finds him, so Cane is on the run.

Other: He doesn't like people to know that he's of such high Demon ranking. Hiraya's the only one who knows. Also, he baby's his shoes and his gun. No one touches either of them. EVER. He's put every enchantment on them he can to assure that they won't get dirty.
