I'd long ago discussed with my friends what a Slowpoke tail tastes like. We eventually settled on a scallop-like meat enveloped in a rubbery skin that melds in your mouth. Best served steamed.
Great work with this piece! Although it looks yummy, it's probably better to keep it out of your mouth.
