The rest of the team would break what's left of you after you two nuke each other and the foolish little vei drops like a sack of led... if the enemy team is foolish enough to let vei's team get that close and not be close enough to mop up after bad casts and poor placement 3

Story time: Back in 2011 and 2012 when I played ranked as Veigar, I'd just get Zhonya's, kamikaze into the center of the enemy's team in a team fight (no one on Ranked suspects a Veigar to do that, because it worked almost every time) with that teleport (Flash or something? Haven't played in a while.) and drop the dark matter bomb right on me (and the enemy team who tried to engage) and then activate the invincibility. My team would then proceed to implement operation Ground & Pound, in which my Akali buddy would throw the invisible field down and proceed to destroy the enemy team. Everyone else (depending on their champion) would mop-up the remaining enemies, and I'd finish off any pure AP with my R. Good times... it was very successful before the advent of champions that could defy fate, since Tryndamere and Karthus were the only ones you had to worry about. From what my friends who still play have told me, there's now some weird champion with a Tryndamere-R passive that can dive-bomb and destroy your entire team in a team fight if you aren't careful.

2011... Those were the days when playing LOL was good, now it just feels like it's invaded by trolls and people with computers/networks that just crap out on them right when the game starts, dooming their team whether they return or not because in trying to ply catch-up they feed the enemy team hard because they're so underleveled that it's sad.

I get reported for dual support and Sona AP carry nowadays whenever I play too. The sad thing is that while I go positive with 8+ kills and <2 deaths, the rest of my team is negative and completely sucks. Half the reason why I rarely play now-- people blame others for their own lack of skill, and doing something out of the ordinary makes for a good scapegoat.

Exactly why I've shied way from the League as well. Even when playing with friends, they don't care about playing to win (Why play a game if you don't plan on winning?) and I get stuck in an ELO above mine and get dumped on by the enemy team. And even if we win or not, my contribution to whatever we're doing is minimal and oft times misplaced at their ELO. I try to do what I think is right but no matter whether it is or isn't I get dumped on.
