Another entry in my heroes series. Flying the flag for the comic book category, Batman.With Dark Knight Rises being released recently I thought it was a good time to do this one. I based this on a Bill Seinkiewicz sketch of the character since he's one of my favourite comic artists. Wanted to keep it black and white as I reckon Batman is at its best when it's Noir as fuck.
The quote is from the extra bits at the end of Grant Morrison and Dave McKean's Arkham Asylum. The "cowardly lot" speech has been around for a while but I liked the way Morrison put it.
Anyway hope you like it and enjoy the Nolan film as well.

Very cool, but you missed out the last little part.
"Mommy's dead, Daddy's dead, Brucie's dead"
I loved that part because I think it resembled how Bruce isn't really there anymore, it's just the Batman.
