This is beautiful! Your style is simple, but very recognizable and thoughtfully executed. Is that white mark on Beauty's shoulder a saddle-sore scar? It's been a while since I saw the movie (getting old ) and it seems with all the book covers no one can agree exactly on his markings, except for the star... but with all he went through, I imagine that he would have many scars, especially on his back and sides from ill-fitting saddles. Just thought I'd ask! The background is uncomplicated, but very pretty and fitting!

For the white mark on Beauty's back it's actually something that is say in the book, but they don't precise the cause, it's just because of this mark that is recognized in the end (I don't know if it's clear, English is not my native language, sorry)

When I saw a part of the picture yesterday, I though that the horse could be Ginger...

Anyway, great work with this. The background looks great, and I really like how you drew the horses.

first movie I ever watched there was a red horse with a cuten of tail, how I can remember but there Ginger don't really die it was a chuldren movie

I don't like the version where Ginger don't died. I read the book before see any movie and it was (and still is) my favorite book so I really don't like when they made it a children story, because it everything but that. (And maybe the scene of Ginger death is my favorite)

yeah I agree but I remember this from my childhood I never read the book shame on me D: But ofcourse I also now the *new* version. the one I watched first was on video XD not on DVD
