Description I'm pretty sure some of you might be judging me for this one...! Mind you, if you follow my work you'll probably have noticed that I'm fairly unashamed about this kind of thing, so please judge away!

If you haven't heard of her, this is 6 year old Alana Thompson a.k.a 'Honey Boo Boo Child'. She first came into the public eye via the show "Toddlers & Tiaras", and now has a spin-off show featuring her and her family, called "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo". I strongly suggest that you watch this video - she's hilarious! [link]

People seem to have had a very mixed reaction to the show - her and her family are pretty unorthadox! But if you watch, it becomes clear that everything she does is so endearing, and she's actually very mature for her age, coming out with things like "there ain't nuthin' wrong with bein' gay - everyone's a little bit gay!" ...Wise words I feel!!!

I actually think that she's a really cute kid and that her family isn't all that bad. Beyond Jessica and Pumpkin's normal sibling rivalry theres no domestic violence, no body is an alcoholic or on drugs. The family can always be counted on to come up with some very creative ways to solve problems. And they all generally very much care for each other. So what if their poor. I just think it's really important for people to realize that poverty exists in America.

Great drawing! And I did watch the show and you do need to watch it to understand how the family is, pretty crazy family at times lol but pretty wise lil girl for her age

This drawing shows great artistic talent, but I have to say I am definitely not a fan of "Honey Boo-Boo". I just, personally, don't see the appeal. Still, great job on the drawing!
