I love this piece!

As I was reading, I was thinking, "This should be put to music--" Then after I finished, I scrolled back up and was relieved to see it under the category of "song."

Very good rhyming and rhythm, and very strong, articulate phrases. Often when reading emotional/longing poetry the reader tends to get detached after the first few lines, but this kept me attentive and empathetic to the very end.

This reminds me of a paint-by-number or a coloring book page. I could see this being sung~! ...especially with a deep bass line and a soft drum beat.
I'm curious about the last stanza though; why would anyone want to be perfect for anyone else?

It's not so much being perfect for someone else as it is...pleasing other people, I suppose.

It's difficult to explain. xD But it comes from my own experience/need to please other people. Sort of. I wouldn't take it to that extreme, but, sort of.

some one made the mistake of putting me in charge of the candy today. wait, that was three hours ago. . . . . . . . . . . . heehee!!! okay okay okay, so, i finally finished the other half, only, i forgot the top. so, i have to abondon my original plan and read the ENTIRE thing in one bit. but im geussing from what i said earlier it was a good half. so, that means, why since it was a good bottom half, and a good top half, that make a great whole!!!!
