the main reason i hate them is because when i was about 7 i was talking to one about some REALLY personal things and i asked her if she will tell anyone and she said "no, its in our policy" and then the next family meeting we had with her my dad brings up the topic and I'm like "how did you know i said that?" and apparently she told him. HAHAHA POLICY MY ASS. and thats why i never tell anything important to them

imaging living with one! yep my step mom is a phycologist and it drives me nuts! because i do have PTSD and stress issues she does NOT leave me alone when I'm upset its like I JUST WANT TO BE ALONE, and she goes ITS NOT HEALTHY ugh
i have to hide my emotions so much in my own house or else ill be cornered when most of the time i actually don't know whats wrong? I'm just sad but she tries to get it out LIKE STOP

i don't even remember the first time i went?? Like i was 7-8?? and he gave me pills for depression,, ALSO after talking to Mr he talked to my mom that's kind of a sign lol.
i refuse to see anyone about this anymore because i know they're lying.
,like, when I was in the hospital the only person i felt comfortable talking to was this chick who signed me in i guess? idk, she took me to my room and had to fill out forms for me, but she was really nice. and easy to talk to, and she seemed to understand to an extent.
HOLY that must really suck 8((( id get so annoyed with that tbh bc sometimes you really just need to be left alone?? ++they can't always help. its probably 10Γ worse when its a family member bc u don't know if they're doing their job or actually are concerned?? also its like how do i even talk to you
