NOMNOM chantarelles! too bad the plate is half empty though... also nice photo, you managed to make the white plate look interesting instead of a white blob. Not so sure about the garlic, I never tried with chantarelle, does the tastes goes well together? I t could have been nice to put some dead leaves instead, that reminds of autumn, europe, forest... and the color would go well with the orange of the mushrooms. Just my un-enlightened opinion

Garlic and chantarelles are like a godmade combo, they combine in a very nice way.
Dead leaves would have been nice, but when i picked these there was not really much dead leaves to find.

It is basicly panfried chantarelles with garlic,oinion,parsley, then when that is gotten nice addΒ some cream and parmesan cheese. season after taste and add the pasta you like
