Description
I used my own photos for the artwork for these charts, so I'm missing some of the females of these birds. The Eastern Towhee I have on this chart is a male, females are brown instead of black, but have the same markings as the males. Female Hairy Woodpeckers look the same as the males, but lack the red on the back of the head. Female Red-bellied Woodpeckers look the same as males, but the red doesn't reach the top of their head, they still have red on their neck, but the top of their head is the same color as their face and chest.
