Description
Knothole's favorite handyman is here! Designing Rotor was easy, choosing his Pre-Super Genesis Wave look. The color scheme for him was bit of a tricky decision as in the SatAM series, Rotor had a different color scheme compared to in the comics. But my co-writer and I ultimately decided to go with the Archie Comics color scheme.
Sonic the Hedgehog and all characters belong to SEGA and Archie.
