Doof: Ah, Perry the platypus. What a surprise! And by surprise, you know I mean not surprise.
Doof: How do you like my wrapped-up-in-a-rubber-band-inator? I know I made a wrapped-up-in-a-nice-little-bow-inator years ago, but this time it's a rubber band.
Doof: Anyway, I suppose you're wondering about all of the weight training equipment I have.
Doof: Well, I originally tried to build some muscle and gain strength, but I found out it's too much work and stress.
Doof: So instead of making myself stronger, I've decided to make everyone else weaker.
Doof: Behold, the weak-inator! With this, I'll be able to turn everyone in to weaklings.
Doof: That way, I'll be the strongest man in the entire Tri-State Area...
Echo: Area...area...koala...area!
Doof: Did you hear that koala part? My echo must be broken again.
