In case you are wondering who she is she’s Princess Morbucks’s older sister in the PPGZ anime. I feel like Duchess and Bliss would make great arch rivals (sort of paralleling the PPGs and Princess). She is a LOT smarter than Princess and actually makes a lot of her weapons on her own instead of having her parents buy tech for her, she’s also not nearly as antagonistic as Princess and is more of an anti-hero than a villain
