And the Maharlika went home and searched for his wife but found no one but the fragrant flower outside his house.

In the moonlight, Dama of the night, or Dama de Noche would be in full bloom, capturing the rich maharlika, making him never want to leave her side, forever.

This is a birthday present to myself, haha. At first, I was looking for birthstones and had the intention to draw it. To cut the long self-arguing and deliberation short, I choose moonstone. The reason is "I want to draw how the moonstone catches light. So this girl is born. Then I decided to trail dama de noche on her hair.

As I was staring at her, I develop this suspicion on the story and the concept being the same so I researched for the alamat.

And what do you know. It does. See how it evolved into something.
