Lyxa taking a pleasant bath in her mountains. Some of you know that my first plan was to tell the story of Lyxa by drawing a comic book. But I must admit this kind of project is really time consuming and with my job I don't have the time enough to do it. Therefore, I decided to tell this story by writing a book illustrated by several drawings. This drawing is one of them. I have already wrote 20% of the first book without counting the drawings. Some of them will come soon then.
The book is for the moment written in French. I will decide later if I translate it in English.

Lyxa se relaxe dans une source. Certains de vous savent que mon idée de base était de dessiner une bande dessinée racontant l'histoire de Lyxa, malheureusement ce genre de projet prend énormément de temps, et avec mon travail à côté cela devient impossible. J'ai donc décidé de changer pour un livre illustré. Aujourd'hui j'ai déjà écrit 20% du premier livre sans compter les illustrations. L'illustration ici, fait partie de ce projet et d'autres viendront bientôt.

Lyxa looks a little lonely in that hot spring. She looks like she needs a "friend" in there with her. BTW, I'm guessing that, since you're French, she's an Iberian Lynx or are there lynxes in France? Anyway, it's a great drawing and Lyxa looks absolutely adorable.

There are lynxes in France, but Lyxa is not a lynx from France or from another place else, she is just a lynx, and actually she is half lynx and half tiger. That is why she has some stripes on her arms.

Ah. Yes. I understand her desire to be alone. I get that way myself quite regularly. Thanks for pointing out her stripes. I hadn't noticed them when I first saw this drawing. I had seen another drawing of her (I can't remember which one.) and didn't see the stripes then either. Boy, the tiger seems to be a favorite for a half and half character. I even created a character that is part fox and part tiger. (I say it that way because the tiger ancestry (from both parents) is four generations back on one side and five generations back on the other.

I think most of people does not notice her stripe. Her tiger route is not really visible

I've actually commissioned someone to do a drawing of her. He said that she's all but complete and sent me a drawing for my final approval. Hopefully, I'll have it in about two weeks or so. When I receive it, I'm going to post it on my FA and DA pages. I truly believe this is one beautiful lady. (I'm not saying it because she's my OC. I'm saying it because she truly is beautiful.) I wonder how many people will recognize the pose I have her in.

bizarrement je suis apaisée en voyant ton dessin qui me procure beaucoup de calme.
l'ambiance a été bien managée pour donner cette impression, en plus le paysage de nuit
a un sacré charme, Lyxa semble quand même un peu pensive; très belle illustration.
