I do not think that something is wrong: it is true, is inspired by an artbook but it is not the same.
I've seen people sell even illustrations copied and pasted without even having worked on it for ten minutes.
I used my technique to achieve

Re-drawing the picture with your own pencil still doesn't change the fact that it remains the same as the original artwork by Ayano Yamane and that you are trying to make money with her characters, her pose, her composition and her idea.

I'm aware that others try to make money with even less own effort but that is as illegal as your copied picture. Copyright is there for a reason and you should respect it.

to realize an existing image but with her own technique, to modify it, and to make it only, even if done inspire to another existing it would be a violation of the copyright?
