Hi Carol, love this tree. I used to go hill walking over the limestone pavements of North Lancashire in the UK and on one of my walks I discovered this tree which I called the Octopus Tree. If ever there was a place of magic, that was it. I used to sit there and think up ideas sometimes. It is in my gallery as the Octopus Tree. I think too many people ignore the magic of nature in this crazy fast world in which we live. Maybe the tribes who live in remote parts of the world know something we don't.

So beautiful tree, I would love to hug it and hold it for long time. Laying down in it would be so nice, it looks like palm of hand ready to cradle you.

Sometimes I go there to sit and read a book when autumn starts to set in. It really does feel like I am cradled in a loving hand.
