Since some people asked for my watercolor tutorial, I decided to make one. This is my very first attempt at making tutorial, you guys shouldn't laugh or scorn... - -'Anyway, I hope this will be useful : )

When painting, are you using wet-on-wet techniques, or are you waiting for each layer to dry before painting again?

I adore this so much..... I've recently gotten into watercolor and it's become my new favorite medium and I just haven't known how to go about it correctly having many issues with bleeding and etc. Oh how this has been so wonderful thank you thank you!~ What are your secrets to keep bleeding from happening? I have waited for previous layers to dry etc, though it still bleeds D: am I using too much water do ya think >.<;; I've only done it for about 3 days now so I am very far from being good but I love it so much!~ So so much!~ also I never thought to use 2 separate pages of paper how genius!~ ( Though I do not have alight box... I am sure I could find a small cheap one or make a makeshift one haha!~Thank you so much this was so helpful and I am not officially addicted to your work so beautiful! It inspires me to be better and practice more thank you thank you!~

Well, I've done watercolors for over 3 years and still haven't actually figured out how to keep it from bleeding, don't worry mistake happens we're not water-bender haha : )) I think the secret is, don't panic at every step, just be patient. (for example, when I tried using wet-on-wet effect, I was panic and gave up the paper, afterward, the dried paper gave unexpected beautiful effect *__* )
My light table is hand-made, but nowadays you can easily find some portable light table with reasonable price, it's quite popular. Good luck
