Soup dumpling! This has been my favorite since I'm a kid. I remember eating my first xiao long bao. I bite into it like how i eat regular dumpling, not knowing anything about the hot soup inside. Man, that wasn't nice! It tastes amazingly good, if you never try it before, you should give it a try!
