It's my dads birthday tomorrow, he loves my cheesecakes and he loves chocolate so i am hoping this will be a winner.The inside bottom layer is the digestive biscuit (graham cracker) base, then a layer of strawberry conserve as strawberry cheesecake is my dads favourite, then the Philadelphia cheesecake layer and finally a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top to finish it off

yes i do, it's for chocolate chips and cashew nuts but you can change those ingredients for anything you want

they all start out from a recipe book but when i find one i really love i then adapt it to make it better,change the ingredients, method, add my own tip and stamp on it to make a boring or complicated recipe easier.

Wow that's really nice to do haha because I'm dyslexic and sometimes reading it out of a recipe book gets hard because of all the different ingredients and letters and numbers that all are going on

it's better for me too becasue i am more a visual and hands on learner so whenever i see a recipe i like i always re write it on a bit of paper in a way thats easier to me, you should do that if you don't already, so much better

Haha awww thanks so much for the tip it really helps because I like making stuff by hand but it's soo hard with all the instructions so I usually now buy the box nd just add water nd eggs like it wants and it's easier because it has pictures XD
