Eyy, That's pretty good! The lineart here is pretty thin and consistent.
The colors of Wilhelm are pretty bright and kinda add contrast to the background. The shading is pretty simple, but the shadow behind Wilhelm makes up for it. It adds a lot of depth into the piece, making it stand out a little bit more. 4.5 stars for vision because I can see that this piece what probably what you had in your had. 3 stars for originality, because well, it's treecko, nothing original about that, but the pose does look cool! 5 stars for technique because your art style is really beginning to shine! And 4 stars for Impact because you could've added more depth to this picture if the shading was a bit better, but it's good enough to make this a pretty good drawing. Keep up the good work!
