Viola, or Violet, is a princess and the second daughter of King Riku Dold III, king of Dressrosa. She went undercover as an assassin in the Donquixote Family to try to uncover and sabotage Doflamingo's plot to overtake the kingdom. She's an excellent flamenco dancer which she used to charm and manipulate men whilst working under Doflamingo, and also has a devil fruit ability that gives her vision-related powers like clairvoyance, x-ray vision, and the power to read the hearts and minds of others, making it impossible to deceive her. She also keeps a dagger concealed in the rose in her hair. Viola is selfless, loving, kind, and brave, offering to join Doflamingo under the condition that her father's life be spared. Her alias may be a reference to ultraviolet, which alludes to her ability to see things which are invisible to the human eye.
