So looking forward for Mario Odyssey can ya tell? 
Since the E3 reveal it's been giving me deja vu of a classic Sega Saturn game, Clockwork Knight, which I only just picked up the special japan edition last week, which has both parts on 1 disc (a bit like Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles SEGA sold them as two individual games due to rushed during the Saturn launch )
Fun fact that version I was talking about is called Clockwork Knight: Pepperouchau no Fukubukuro is also the same version used for the US version of Clockwork Knight 2 (they just remove Clockwork Knight 1...but left it's bosses in the boss rush mode)
Anyway since the style of trailer seem alot like Clockwork Knight (Even has a Mexican Pepper/Clockwork Knight Dancing scene! XD Sega did it too and no one was affected, I remember this looking cool back in the 90's )
also Sonic Cameo (Toy Sonic in a Plane) at 2.06 from the early version of Clockwork Knight.
