Description
My daughter is sitting in the passenger seat of our van. My wife is driving. And what to their wondering eyes does appear but a crummy on the tail of a CN/IC freight headed into Champaign. My daughter managed to get her cell phone out and catch this shot. I missed the whole thing!Related content

I've never seen a brown CN Cadillac before, they're usually a variation on black and orange, with yellow and white trim. (see: [link] )
CN used to paint it's old wooden cabs this colour though.

I'm guessing the caboose is used for the Branch line run to Bondville, etc. It is a rarity to see one in use today.

Was this on the Mainline or coming off the old Havana Dist. from the West via IL. Rt 10?
I ask this because I've seen them use a hack for shove moves out that way.

that is the exact car that was on one of the EJE trains last year durning the great train move... it was so cool... but there were so many cars being brought back to their railroads.... it was cool seeing a steam engine going down the EJE and then down the BNSF to the chicago yard... but great shot
