This is Mitzy. Shes the personification of Chorophobia, or the fear of dancing.

Mitzy is wild, energetic, domineering, and an overall fun party girl to the people she can hang with. She is an amazing dancer, and love to party and drink. A lot.

As a Phobia, Mitzy preys on the socially awkward- forcing them to dance with her, to keep up with her manic moves and to generally put them on the spot and make them feel awful. She also enjoys starting dance plagues- she can tap a beat with her cane and people around her will burst into uncontrollable dance, and they won't be able to stop for a long time. She is physically exhausting, as well as mentally, as she often plays head games with her victims.

Her boots are alive. Spitz and Spatz, as she calls them, are sentient footwear- they can transform with her outfits to match. Uncoordinated dancers and people who step on toes run the risk of becoming their next snack.
