Actually, the double-headed eagle is a symbol of Russian Empire and modern Russia, but not of the Soviet Union.

Yep, very few got their hands on the F22 - Rhodesia, Hong Kong, Syria and Egypt were about the only places outside of the UK...

Yes, but they didn't like them much - not very good on poor quality runways... they quite liked the Hurricane though...
