Description
The Magnacopter was the VIP transpire aircraft used by Spectrum.It is capable of 200 mph and has seating for 20 passengers.
A vehicle storage bay below holds a Maximum Security Vehicle.
Captain Scarlet was designed by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson and first broadcast in the UK in 1967.

200mph might be believable for a helo, but it's not even close to being Mach 3.9 as you have listed in the description; it's not even Mach 1.
