This... infernal crap needs human's emotions to live. Besides emotions he needs some more material food. Usually he catches cats and dogs, but doesn't disdain human meat. So he chooses a girl and... lives with her He is a supernatural creature, so nobody except the victim can see him. And signs of its presence are just ignored. When he gets bored of this girl (or if she...hmm... went out of order ), he chooses another one. If the previous victim survives, memories of him are replaced with memories of simple routine life.
