No I didn't change much else (I only did a little bit painting with airbrush to smooth things more).
I did most of the glow and color changes with the Color Efex Pro thingie that you mentioned earlier.

You must try to apply the "cross processing" filter inside of CEP, i think the blue one will be really nice.

The one i used the most is, B01. But sometimes you just have to experiment with the different settings
