well, you download the skin parts. then remove everything in yandere simulator> streaming assets, exept the folders and the xml file. place the downloaded skin parts in it and name the hair: CustomHair the uniform CustomUniform / CustomLong / CustomBlazer / CustomSweater, depending on wich uniform you downloaded. this is CustomLong. The other Parts of a skin are:


Long hair: CustomLongHairA , CustomLongHairB , CustomLongHairC.
Gym uniform: CustomGym
Swimsuit: CustomSwimsuit

I hope you understand, it also took me very long to get it

You download it, unzip in winrrar program and put in Streaming Assets and called as "CustomHair" (for hair) "CustomUniform" (for clothes, but it depends of uniform type. Custom Uniform is for the 1 type. This is typ 2 - "CustomLong") "CustomFace" (for face, eyes etc) and so on. Yanderedev put text "How to add Custom textures" in the streaming assets folder, it's better described.

Just download the .rar here
