It's very nice, but I'm afraid I don't recognise either the symbol in black, nor the name in red.

The name in red, really isn't a name at all. It was just a brief painted effect to look like the name stamps that appeared on a lot of the old paintings.
The symbol in black was referenced from here: [link] under their rooster image. I took Japanese in high school, so I know they use a different kanji for rooster.
But this was the one that appeared on the actual zodiac lupine seen here: [link]
