I love the little beads spilling from the jar. They truly are a burst of color, as the title implies. The lens flare is detracting to my eyes, pulling them from the flower shaped beads towards it, and I don't really like that. I would love to keep my eyes on the beads.
I agree with Kaz about this being a Still Life over a Conceptual photograph. I tend to use Still Life a lot, myself, especially when I'm not sure HOW to categorize a picture. For the most part, I figure, if it isn't moving, it's Still Life (and in my case, for the most part, they are still life, usually under Other).
Overall, I like this piece, that flare is just a little distracting for me.

Really like your use of actions here to create an awesome lens flare and some nice bokeh - it really makes this image pop a little bit more. I love the vibrant colours in the beads and the casual spill you've arranged them in makes this really nice. I would suggest that your work isn't conceptual but rather is still life. Conceptual takes a concept, thought or idea that has a bit more elaboration than staging things in a still life manner which is why I suggest that maybe you'd do better in the still life category. Same for some of your other awesome still life bits too.
Overall great shot, nice focus, lovely blur - great work!

Yeah ive been thinking of changing alot of my stuff to still life but haven't got around to it yet, will take a while but ill get around to it.

Nice shot! You've captured a nice softness and calmness.
In terms of color, its nice but its hard to tell which tones are real and which aren't. Never the less, they add to the general softness of the piece.
The composition is great and you get a sense of something beyond the tiny flowers, which adds interest.
In terms of technique this is excellent. You clearly have a good knowledge of your camera and have used depth of field very effectively. Also, the in focus areas are crisp and sharp.

Participating in the Monthly Photography Critique Thread
This is really pretty, and I love your use of colour here. It works really well together and really compliments the photo. I can't get passed your use of the texture spots and the lens flare though. The texture spots would probably work very well if you made them more subtle. As they are, they don't feel like a natural part of the photo as they should, and it makes it a little distracting. And, as tempting as it might be, I would advice staying away from the photoshopped lens flare entirely. As a photographer, the only time I find lens flare looks good is when it happens naturally. If you want to have a lighter shade where the lens flare is, I would suggest using a gradient white there. It's much more subtle and you could blend it in with your colour overlays.
Aside from that, I really like this photo, and from seeing your other photos in this set, you have a great eye for composition, which is wonderful. Great use of depth of focus, and overall very well done!

Yeah, the colours do work really well yogether. It helps the surrounding beads stand out and it somehow sets a colourful and happy atmosphere. Your focus in this image was very well done as well. I don't think this photo requires any improvement, so well done (:
